If you purchase a guide and feel it hasn’t helped you as you hoped, contact us at hello@everguidestudio.com within 14 days of purchase.

We’ll personally review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

We believe buying digital products should feel risk-free, and we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Ever Guide Studio.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of delivery, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal 

To withdraw from your purchase, you can use the withdrawal function available on your order confirmation page or account page. You will be asked to confirm your withdrawal request and provide your name and order details. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

Alternatively, you may contact us directly at hello@everguidestudio.com to notify us of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Digital content For digital products (such as downloadable PDF guides), please note that by completing your purchase and accessing your download, you may be acknowledging that you consent to immediate delivery and that this may affect your right of withdrawal. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your digital content, your full 14-day withdrawal right applies.
